First Day of School Ever

On August 28th, Matthew had his first day of school.

Start with a good breakfast.

Alex was also ready.

He was excited.  Maybe not quite this excited but when I asked for a real smile I got this and I love it.

We were there early enough for him to play on the playground a bit and he ran into his friend Nayimah.

She was excited it was the first day of school and excited that Matthew was going to be at her school. Nayimah is in Grade 2 this year.

Once inside Matthew found his seat and seemed a little perturbed that I was hanging around for so long taking pictures and stuff.

After a trip to the office and then to the lunch room, i popped back by the classroom to make sure all was well.  It was.
